I have been having Michael B. Do my families taxes for a few years now he does such a wonderful job. I refer him to everyone I know. I give Linda's tax service a 5 star but for their business side of taxes I don't really recommend them. It has really been awful with that side of the service. They are not on top of their tax stuff and make me late for my quarterly taxes because they let the information given to them just sit, then I get charges extra fees. So love my yearly tax guy Michael. He is the only reason I stay

We had a very terrible experience with Linda's Tax Service.At our first meeting, we were welcomed into the building and asked for payment pretty much right off the bat. Eventually, we met with Michael. He was incredibly blah- at best. He had no demeanor, made us ask all the questions and do all the talking and he just sat at his computer typing the whole time.We had emailed Michael several times and never once got a reply. This was incredibly rude, and not really a great service when I'm about to spend hundreds of dollars. I even called and left a voicemail and the call was never retuned.Well weeks went by and I never heard anything so I called again to ask if my taxes were done yet. I was told they were and have been sitting on the desk waiting for days.... days...Why wouldn't someone call and let us know they were done? The whole experience felt really bad and even a bit shady.Michael is the worst - avoid him at all costs.You're better off going to H&R Block or doing your taxes yourself rather than spend hundreds of dollars on a terrible attitude and terrible service.

So far have been great, getting my back taxes done.
